How to find and start Miner Miracles in Fallout 76
The primary use for Black Titanium in Fallout 76 is to complete the final stages of Miner Miracles. If you have no idea where or what Miner Miracles is, head down to the Ash Heap region of the map. In the south-west corner of Ash Heap is the Garrahan Mining HQ. Approach it and interact with one of the signs outside to kick off the Miner Miracles quest. The first stages are simple; head inside, do everything it asks of you, slaying the enemies within as you go. Eventually, you’ll reach the stage where you need to craft the Excavator Power Armor.
How to get Black Titanium in Fallout 76
To craft Excavator Power Armor, you need a lot of Black Titanium. It’s one of the game’s rarest resources so you probably won’t have acquired much on your travels, but thankfully, there’s a reliable way to get a lot. You’re going to want to head to the Gorge Junkyard workshop in the Forest region. It’s directly east of Vault 76, north of the river and where Route 64 splits into two roads. Claim it then place a Black Titanium machine on top of the mining spot and power it up with one large generator. As long as you defend it from any intruders, this is one of the only reliable places to mine Black Titanium in all of Appalachia.
When you’ve got enough, head back to the Garrahan Mining HQ, craft all the Excavator Power Armor pieces and scan the armor to register it. Voila! You have now completed the Miner Miracles quest, and as a reward, you’ll be given the plans to craft your own Power Armor Station in your CAMP.
