On Shipwreck Bay beneath the sands, the gold lies hidden from thieving hands
Like most first lines in riddles, this just refers to the initial location. Head to Shipwreck Bay and make landfall to reveal the second line of the riddle. Watch out for the rocks, it’s not called Shipwreck Bay for no reason.

The library that’s being referred to in the riddle is what used to be the captain’s quarters aboard the ship that’s wrecked on the beach. Jump and climb your way up there and read the riddle. You may also find an additional treasure chest in here.

Finding the anchor was a challenge, especially in the dark. It is located just on the other side of the rocks at about the same height as the captain’s quarters of the shipwreck. Once you’ve found it, walk off the required paces and dig up a chest.
