Bohemia Interactive announced a brand new Tanks DLC coming to Arma 3. Play as three different tanks in two new campaigns, and get ready for a whole bunch of bonuses with the new platform update. Arma 3 Tanks DLC will arrive April 11 for $11.99.
Bohemia Interactive announced they are releasing a new DLC for Arma 3 that is all about tanks.
The DLC will come with three new tanks and two new campaign missions that will revolve around them. The tanks included in the new DLC will be the Main Battle Tank, Armored Weapons Carrier, and Tank Destroyer. Along with these new tanks, a short single-player mini campaign, and a single-player Showcase scenario are included.
The Tanks DLC will be accompanied by a platform update, which will be free for everyone who owns Arma 3, and will include a range of new gameplay features and bonus content related to armoured vehicles. This includes fully modeled 3D interiors, more targeting options, new launchers and additional vehicle variants, decorative objects for scenario creators, a competitive multiplayer mode, and more.
Bohemia also released a Developer Diary video showcasing what is coming to the world of Arma 3 in the Tanks DLC. We over at TL;DR are excited to jump back in to Arma 3 and get our hands on these new tanks. I for one will definitely be trying out the Tank Destroyer, as it is my favorite type of tank. There is nothing like sitting back and blowing stuff up from a distance!
The Arma 3 Tanks DLC will be available on Steam starting April 11 and will cost $11.99.
